Primo Brands is actively looking for a Maintenance Coordinator . This role reports directly to the Factory Technical Manager, and is crucial for leading Maintenance Planning activities. You will be essential in coordinating resources to support our asset reliability maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities :
Implement and continuously improve maintenance standards to ensure machine reliability and compliance with regulations.Collaborate with Factory Technical and Operations Teams to optimize Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans utilizing SAP CMMS.Coach the factory on the application of Preventive Maintenance principles to enhance maintenance plan execution.Provide planning support for maintenance or project-related downtimes exceeding 8 hours, including breakdown analysis and lubrication program management.Lead PDCA meetings to ensure effective planning of work orders with contributions from factory technical teams.Act as SAP CMMS super user, managing weekly and monthly reports of critical maintenance KPIs.Oversee the Annual Zero-Based Maintenance budgeting process to track reliability centered maintenance plans.Support the factory’s Technical Competency building program by maintaining a training material database for compliance.Assist in escalations related to Factory, Innovation, and Engineering while focusing on the development of self and associates through coaching and feedback.Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.Proficient verbal and written communication skills across various business functions.Experience in high-speed packaging industries such as beverages or food manufacturing.Demonstrated success in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies (LEAN, DMAIC, TPM).Advanced knowledge of AMM / CMMS systems, preferably SAP.Ability to lead meetings in person and virtually.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.Salary Range Disclaimer :
