Job Description
- Investigate Digital Banking fraud alerts
- Communicate with other bank employees, financial institutions, account holders, and Corporate Security using phone, email, and pre-scripted letters
- Complete tasks accurately and timely
- Make decisions on routine issues and complete assigned tasks in accordance with company policy, department procedures and assigned approval limits
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
- Other tasks as assigned
