We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a drive to provide exceptional service to our customers. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs, guiding them through the buying process, and providing outstanding post-sale service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, offering personalized advice and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in offers while ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
- Work closely with the finance department to secure financing options and finalize sales.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist with maintaining showroom appearance and inventory organization.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
