Equipment Engineer II

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the team on managing / driving financial matters related to the projects; spending; creating / tracking / managing / receiving POs
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors and suppliers for timely invoicing and equipment deliveries.
• Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
• Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
• Creating Engineering Orders / Material Requests
• Forecast future needs based on project start dates as reflected in FUZE / SPM.
• Ensure proper tracking of all components.
• Monitor all equipment expenditures.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
• Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
• Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
• Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.
