Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required.
  • Experience : Minimum 24 years in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives; Proven experience leading cross?functional teams or innovation projects; Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.
  • Skills & Competencies : Strong analytical, problem?solving, and project?management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units; Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems a plus; Vendor negotiation and evaluation experience.
