As an Engineering Manager for the Developer Experience team, you will lead a team of approximately ten talented engineers across two sub-teams : DevEx CI / CD and DevEx Tooling. The DevEx CI / CD sub-team is responsible for creating a holistic and streamlined CI / CD experience for delivering both off-chain and on-chain code. This includes establishing golden paths, managing hosted and self-hosted runners, embedding security best practices, and handling artifact management.

The DevEx Tooling sub-team focuses on building comprehensive tooling and frameworks for end-to-end (E2E) testing, covering functional testing as well as non-functional testing types such as performance, load, and chaos testing. Additionally, this team is responsible for developing operational tools supporting multisig operations and streamlined node-change management.

Your Impact

• Lead, mentor, and develop up to ten software and SRE engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling career growth.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of CI / CD pipelines, including self-service tooling, automation, secure-by-design principles, and compliance.
• Oversee the development of advanced testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements across multiple blockchain and off-chain products.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, and security teams to define and deliver robust developer tooling and operational frameworks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to set clear expectations, align on scope, and ensure timely delivery of self-service tooling and services
• Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across the DevEx team.
• Maintain team health and productivity through effective project management, clear communication, and supportive team practices.
• Recruit and hire top engineering talent, raising the bar for the team and broader organization.
