Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance and monitoring of a team of 6-12 Client Experience Associates, focusing on input and output metrics
Lead employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews while engaging with clients to assist with escalations
Contribute to team evolution by ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining high-quality standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
Proven track record of success with measurable results
Experience handling client escalations and managing interactions involving risk or fraud
Successfully coached individuals to advance in their careers
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
