Oregon Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor - Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of loans from contract to close, including receiving applications and collecting necessary documentation

Verify loans are complete and submit to Underwriting within 24 hours, clearing any conditions as needed

Prepare and ensure timely delivery of Closing Disclosure and review closing statements for discrepancies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in mortgage lending, preferably in processing

Working knowledge of loan program guidelines including conventional, jumbo, and government loan programs

Proficiency in DU / LP / GUS and / or other major LOS

Ability to calculate income
