A company is looking for a Policy Research & Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public policy proposals to assess their potential impact

Manage on-demand requests for policy-related information and provide ongoing intelligence on the policy landscape

Oversee back-office operations, including budget management and external consultant contracts

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in research, analysis, operations, or project management, preferably in public policy or government affairs

Expertise in conducting thorough research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights

Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in budget management

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
