[job_card.job_description]Travel to various states as needed to provide advanced wound care Deliver expert in-home patient care Independently perform history and physical exams Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic & non-pharmacologic treatments Ensure compliance with Mendota Health policies, state regulations, and federal standards Maintain documentation within 24 hours of visits NP or PA license (Required) 1+ years of wound care experience (Preferred) Background in adult, family, or geriatric care (Preferred) Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure 401(k) with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance Malpractice Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program
