Position Summary : Under direct supervision, the Program Assistant is responsible for assisting the Residential, Outpatient, and Medical Records Departments with record keeping, data entry, and census management.
No smoking workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Review new participant information and assign the participant to a counselor.
Reports findings to the Program Director and Supervisor.
Reports findings to the program director.
Ensure outside visitors and vendors sign the confidentiality log.
Reports findings to the Program Director.
Education / Experience :
Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED); preferred one to three months related experience in and / or training clinical aspects of the job.
