Research Associate

A company is looking for a Research Associate to support randomized evaluations and contribute to evidence-informed policymaking.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of randomized evaluations through research and data analysis

Assist with obtaining administrative data access and writing evaluation design memos

Contribute to the development of research resources and training materials for new academics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics or a closely related field

Training in statistics and quantitative methods

Demonstrated experience equivalent to 2 years in research, social policy, or data analysis

Familiarity with randomized evaluation methodologies
