POSITION S U MM A R Y S up p o r ts t he H u m an R e so ur ces d e p artment at Home Care Providers of Texas and other New Day companies as n e e d ed by mai n t a i n i n g p erson n el files, p er f o r ming bac kgr o u nd c h ec k s, d a t a e n t ry , verifications of employment, reference checks, f iling f or active a n d t e r min a t e d em p lo y e e s, assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees,  worker’s compensation, in house training, policy communications, maili n g s, trai n i n g a ssis t a n ce and special projects as n e e d e d .

  • KN OWL E D GE , SKI L L S & A B I L I T I E S A bility to f unction i n d e p e n d e n tly in a m ult i -t a sk e n v ir o nme n t, as well as p art of a t e a m.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and time management with proven ability to meet deadlines.  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  Can do attitude with a high focus on continuous improvement.  C o m f or t a ble w i t h c o m m u n i cati n g w i th all levels o f ma n ag e ment a n d em p lo y e e s.
