General or Invasive Cardiology in Columbia, Missouri

Join a Physician-Owned Group with Partnership and Professional Independence

A well-established physician-owned cardiology practice in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General or Invasive Cardiologist to join its collegial, multi-specialty team. This opportunity offers immediate volume, a partnership track, and the autonomy to practice medicine on your terms within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Practice Overview

  • Established group of 17 board-certified physicians covering electrophysiology, invasive, and cardiothoracic specialties
  • Equal-ownership partnership track after two years with a nominal $1,000 buy-in
  • Collaborative model working with APPs and hospitalists across two community hospitals
  • Shared 1 : 7 call rotation with weekend rounding for a balanced schedule

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $600,000+ for the first two years, based on experience
  • Partnership opportunity after two years with minimal buy-in
  • Relocation assistance up to $15,000, loan repayment options, and quarterly quality bonuses
  • 30 PTO days, 30 sick days, and 5 CME days with a $7,500 CME allowance
  • Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA options, and two retirement plans
