Currently seeking a highly motivated person who is interested in using his/her skills as a Marketer. This is a salaried position with performance incentive opportunity and health benefits.

Job summary: To develop business partnerships generating referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. Serves as the agency staff liaison with hospitals, physicians, facilities, discharge planners and community agencies. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience in Nursing(preferred).

2. Minimum of two years of experience in skilled nursing or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales (preferred).

3. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications.

4. Must have excellent oral communication skills.

5. Is self-directed and possesses the ability to work with little supervision.

6. Maintain professional appearance and presentation

7. Creative marketing sense with ability to set up booths at marketing events

8. Reliable transportation

Major Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in exceeding company growth and census goals

• Have a working knowledge of community resources/vendors.

• Tracks all visits and referrals

• Identifies and resolves referral source concerns in a timely manner

• Responds to customer complaints in a timely manner

• Attends and contributes to marketing team meetings

• Communicates with Director regarding referral sources as needed

• Communicates well with patients, co-workers, and external sources
