Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Travel RN for our client in Gallup, NM 87301. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Travel RN
Location: Gallup, NM 87301
Duration: 10 Weeks with possible extension
Work Schedule: 7AM -7.30PM (36 hrs/week)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assess resident health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs
• Monitor and evaluate resident progress and response to care
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfer processes
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

• Active State/Compact license for New Mexico
• BLS from AHA
