Parts Clerk

Location : Fort Wayne, IN

Shift : 1st Shift

Pay : $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy helping customers? We're seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. This 1st shift position is perfect for someone who thrives in a versatile environment. Your day will include taking parts orders, shipping orders, answering phones, and working on the production floor as needed to support daily operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Parts Clerk, your core responsibilities will include :

Customer Service : Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

Problem Solving : Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, effective resolutions

Parts Assistance : Will be assist with pulling parts and looking parts up in the service department

Order Management : Take parts orders accurately and efficiently

Shipping & Receiving : Handle shipping and receiving duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Qualifications :

Proven customer service experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment on the production floor

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

Electrical knowledge is a plus!

This is not a desk or office position - must be comfortable working on the production floor
