The Greens at Cabarrus is seeking an experienced, people-focused Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and foster a culture where engaged staff and exceptional resident care go hand in hand. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who values stability, collaboration, and long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and actively engage staff to drive retention and performance
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a strong leadership team
  • Prepare for and lead regulatory surveys with a focus on excellence
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement quality initiatives
  • Create a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of Administrator experience in long-term care
  • Proven success in staff engagement, survey readiness, and operational leadership
  • Hands-on, visible leadership style
