Applications Administrator I
Banesco USA is seeking a Applications Administrator I for our IT Applications business unit.
Primary Job Duties :
- Responsible for maintaining applications inventory updated at all times.
- Strong knowledge of banking applications : JHA & Silverlake.
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting loan operation applications and processes.
- Responsible for providing accurate and creative solutions to applications issues.
- Works closely with Service Desk to optimize the support to bank’s applications to the end-user.
- Responsible for enabling user access to Bank applications upon authorized access requests.
- Supports the implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems.
- Facilitates daily uploads, downloads and interfaces between systems.
- Assists in the coordination of testing with the Business Continuity Plan.
- Obtains information for system access audits and assists with obtaining IT related information to facilitate internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
- Facilitates the preparation and maintenance of proprietary internal documentation for application administrative procedures.
- Responsible for assisting users with application password resets.
- Responsible for assisting in the purchasing and provisioning for IT related equipment upon request of authorized personnel.
- Assists with IT related activities as necessary and requested.
- Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.
- Performs other functions and / or duties as assigned.
