JOB DESCRIPTION : About Lingo
Lingo is Abbotts first over-the-counter continuous glucose monitor (CGM) brandbuilt to help people understand their bodies and make smarter choices through real-time insights. Were creating a new consumer health category empowering people to get to know their glucose and connect everyday habits with how they feel. At Lingo youll be part of a fast-growing brand backed by Abbotts global innovation and scale. Youll help shape a new category in consumer healthand redefine how people understand their bodies.
The Position
Were looking for a world-class Creative Director to lead the internal creative team at Lingo and help define what a next-generation health brand can be. This role will shape the creative vision elevate storytelling and deliver breakthrough ideas that drive both brand love and business growth.
As Creative Director youll oversee all creative across Lingos 360 ecosystemspanning brand digital social retail influencer partnerships and campaign work. Reporting directly to the CMO youll lead a growing internal creative team and collaborate closely with external agencies production partners and cross-functional teams across marketing product and global markets.
Youll balance creative excellence with operational discipline helping the brand scale efficiently without losing soul. Youll be both a hands-on creator and a strategic leader capable of inspiring teams to produce bold insight-driven and emotionally resonant workwhile being a thoughtful steward of resources and always looking for scrappy high-impact ways to bring ideas to life.
