A company is looking for an Onboarding Technician to support the onboarding and off-boarding processes within the Information Technology department. Key Responsibilities Maintain user accounts by creating and terminating accounts as needed Assist with quality assurance for new hire laptops and desktops Provide after-hours emergency and on-call support on a rotation schedule Required Qualifications College degree or at least one year of relevant experience in account maintenance within an Active Directory (Azure) environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant databases Strong technical skills in computer applications and document management systems Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning Ability to work collaboratively and influence team members positively
