Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a senior customer support role

Experience navigating and solving complex client issues across various communication channels

Availability to work non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards

Experience providing real-time support to teams and assessing decisions independently
