Reviews and analyzes assigned issues surrounding the processes and systems of the Bank's business units. Coordinates internal bank projects to implement new or updated applications, products or services. Collaborates with various stakeholders to define scope and objectives, and formulates technology initiatives to align with business strategies. Works independently under the supervision of the Business Applications Manager.

Sound understanding of IT core banking operations. Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills. Solid SDLC process and project management skills. Proficient in workflow documentation. Ability to work across functional and technical teams.
Work is generally performed in an office environment with frequent interruptions. Must be able to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, move inside the workplace and for external business purposes, and exchange information. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Webster Five's Remote Work Policy.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent years of experience.
4 years of experience in financial systems analysis.
