We're looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Account Manager (Part time) who loves building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference — one client at a time.
In this role, you'll be the friendly face and trusted voice for our clients, supporting our independent contractors and our operations team to make sure every account runs smoothly and every customer feels taken care of. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from keeping things organized, resolving challenges quickly, and leaving people happier than you found them — this might be your perfect fit!
Time Commitment
- About 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- A great mix of field visits, client conversations, and light administrative work
- Periodic on-site visits to keep tabs on quality (and say hello!)
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your assigned client accounts
- Walking sites regularly to make sure everything looks and runs great
- Keeping contractors informed and aligned on expectations
- Jumping on client concerns quickly and seeing them through to resolution
- Keeping clean, accurate records in our CRM system
- Coordinating scheduling and service requests with ease
- Spotting opportunities to make good accounts even better

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations and/or customer service
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Reliable transportation for local site visits
- Must reside in the Inner East Bay of the Bay Area (Concord, Dublin, Livermore, Tracy, Antioch, etc.)
- Bilingual - English/Spanish an asset
