Role Description
The Client Development Coordinato r is a critical support role for Elevations Client Development team. This position exists to keep new business moving forward, cleanly, efficiently, and professionally.
Youll work directly with senior client development leadership and internal strategy, creative, and account teams to support inbound leads, pitches, proposals, marketing activities and follow-through. You wont be responsible for selling, but you will be expected to think, anticipate needs, and raise the bar on how we show up in the market.
This role is best suited for someone whos already been close to sales, agency account management or agency operations and wants to sharpen their skills inside a serious B2B agency.
Elevation believes great collaboration in the advertising and marketing agency space happens in person; therefore, this position is on-site only, with two work-from-home days a month.
Key Capabilities and Responsibilities
Client Development Support
- Support day-to-day new business activity and pipeline coordination
- Research target accounts, industries, and prospects before conversations happen
- Help prepare pitch decks, credentials presentations, and sales materials
- Coordinate proposal and SOW development by pulling inputs from strategy, creative, and account teams
- Keep CRM records accurate, current, and useful

All our roles are full-time on-site roles, with two work-from-home days a month or four half days a month and we are flexible when it comes to life emergencies that requires additional flexibility from time to time. We are closed between Christmas and New Years.
We do offer flexible hours based on client demands and department structure and typically that means an employee may be able to start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM.

Compensation and Benefits
Elevation strives to provide some of the best agency compensation and benefit packages in the great southwest. The salary range on this job is $60,00-$70,000 depending on experience and title of role. The job is in Gilbert, AZ (just off the Loop 202 expressway) and less than one mile from over 50 restaurants. Our business is all about collaboration, so we do not offer telecommuting currently, but we do offer flex hours depending on the position and clients. Employees can start at any time between 7 AM and 9 AM and finish between 4 PM and 6 PM based on client demands and department structure. Elevation pays for 95% of employees life, health and long-term disability insurance. Elevation offers vision, dental and a variety of other benefits that an employee can purchase. The kitchen area is full of free snacks and beverages. Tuition reimbursement is available. The salary range for this position will vary depending on experience and skills outlined above.
