Covenant Case Management Services is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can thrive and receive the care they deserve.

Position Overview :

We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities.
  • Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
  • Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Available positions : Contract, Supported Employment
  • Fri, Sat, & Sun 10 : 30-12 : 30
