Responsibilities :
- Lead social media strategy based on in-house data and industry research.
- Create and implement action plans to grow followers and increase engagement.
- Lead, coach, and oversee a team of social media producers.
- Provide timely, effective feedback to team members to enhance their skills.
- Oversee client experiences to ensure high-performing social campaigns and creative ideas that resonate with audiences.
- Assign and create social media content, including earned and sponsored video shorts, photo galleries, microblogs, and more.
- Review, edit, and coach team members on ideation and quality execution.
- Have experience with best practices for posting, engagement, analytics, and listening.
- Approve and implement the social editorial calendar, with flexibility for breaking news.
