Key Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate audit concepts while training team members to execute audit projects

Conduct audits on client data to generate recoverable claims and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Provide mentorship and training to less-tenured staff and recommend new audit concepts based on experience

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

4-6 years of related experience in healthcare

3-4 years of experience with the company recommended for internal candidates

Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of claim adjustments and reimbursement policies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience preferred
