Location : Orem, Utah

Position Overview
The Office Administrator will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This position involves administrative support, office coordination, customer service, scheduling, billing, and other essential tasks that support the daily operations of our business. We are seeking someone who is organized, adaptable, analytical, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, emails, phone calls, and general coordination
- Handle in-house billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, logs, and reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners
- Support project scheduling and help ensure smooth communication between field and office teams
- Assist with purchasing, order tracking, and vendor communication as needed
- Take on new tasks or responsibilities as the business grows or operational needs arise
- Maintain organized office systems and ensure efficient workflow across various processes
