Director Early Careers Program
As a Director Early Careers Program, you will be the operational leader for Cognizant's Early Careers Program at our Plano, TX, Delivery Center. This role goes beyond onboardingit requires strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and flawless execution. You will lead workforce planning, talent deployment, and engagement initiatives, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders work as one team to deliver a world-class experience for campus hires. Success in this role means driving metrics-based governance and aligning program objectives with Cognizant's business priorities.
In this role you will :
- Program Planning & Deployment
Develop and execute comprehensive workforce plans for onsite talent in partnership with the central Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team.
Bring together cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Service Lines, Delivery, Learning and Development (L&D), Human Resources (HR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREWS)) under a unified program governance model.
Talent Planning : Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team for workforce planning.
Monitor and report on key program metrics :
Hiring selection and offer conversion
Operational Excellence
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the development of scalable processes and playbooks for future hub expansion.
