Position Overview
Full-Time Schedule : 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
Work Environment : Primarily office-based with occasional outdoor activities and interaction with customers in various weather conditions. Majority of work is done in air-conditioned indoor spaces.
As a Sales BDC Representative , you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission will be to engage leads through various channels such as internet, phone, and in-person visits . Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management : Proactively monitor and follow up on internet leads and inquiries from potential customers.
- Customer Interaction : Handle incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day to assist customers, answer questions, and set appointments.
- Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to help facilitate seamless customer experiences and vehicle purchases.
- Customer Needs Assessment : Use active listening to understand customers' needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Appointment Scheduling : Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments , ensuring a smooth process for both customers and the sales team.
- Surveys & Feedback : Conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and improve service quality.
- In-Market Consumers : Speak with in-market buyers, answer questions about available vehicles, and provide helpful information about features, financing, and trade-ins.
- Trade-In Assistance : Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and questions, providing fair offers and guidance.
