Are you a car guy or gal that likes to help people and are looking for a rewarding career then Dakota Digital is looking for you. For over 30 years, Dakota Digital has designed, manufactured, and sold world class digital gauges and electronic accessories for the automotive and motorcycle aftermarket industry. Our products are sold all around the world and our customers range from local hobbyists to high end restoration shops. As an industry leader we cater to an exciting and thriving industry that helps create an enjoyable and varied work environment.
Due to unprecedented growth Dakota Digital is looking to add another Technical Advisor to our Support Team. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in the installation and calibration of their new and existing electronic gauge clusters and accessories over the phone and via email. Questions such as relay wiring, assisting in setup and calibrations and verifying correct signals are some of the common phone calls that you will get. Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking. An understanding of 12V electrical systems and an automotive or motorcycle background is preferred but not needed for the right candidate we are willing to train.
Candidates will spend a majority of the day on the phone working with our customers while maintaining a positive attitude. Other activates may include issuing RMA numbers for returns and troubleshooting and repairing of those returns from the field.
