A company is looking for a Testing Analyst responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the client's global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and facilitate the testing of wavelength and / or corporate services
Track milestones and proactively drive activities to ensure completion of end-to-end testing
Coordinate remote hands and dispatch support for installation and troubleshooting of services
Required Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years experience with remotely testing, troubleshooting, or activating DWDM and / or Data services
Experience working in a Telecom NOC or Test and Activation environment
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting across layer 1 and 2
Experience managing tests with various types of test equipment
Familiarity with network inventory tools
