divh2Project Manager For IAM Project / h2pCloud Security Services is currently looking for an experienced project manager for our client. The right candidate must have experience of managing an IAM project and have strong project management experience. This is a 6-month project with the possibility of an extension. / ph3Responsibilities : / h3ulliManage an Identity and Access Management Project. / liliExperience and understanding of IAM concepts. / liliPrior project management experience involving one or more of IAM related projects. / liliExperience in building and managing a team and project resources as well as become a focal point to ensure the team gets the right direction to meet project milestones and deliverables. / liliExperience in preparing project plan, budget, key communication templates and managing communication both upward and downward. / liliExperience in managing and overseeing project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, and implementation guides, runbooks, a configuration management guide. / liliExperience in being client single point of contact on all aspect of project delivery and quality. / liliStrong communication skills. / li / ulh3Required Skills : / h3ulliBe transparent and surface / communicate project status as-is. / liliStand your ground when the project status is marked as red even if project sponsor suggests it should be green. / liliPrior IAM project management experience. / liliActive PMP certification a major plus. / liliKnowledgeable on key IAM concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, privilege access etc.) / liliProficient with Microsoft Office suite esp. with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. / liliExperience with project management tools, issue trackers, budget management tools is essential to the success of this role. / liliAbility to work in highly dynamic project teams, proactive, facilitation, coordination and negotiation skills. / li / ulh3Required Education : / h3ulliBS in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related. / li / ul / div
