HOODZ of Kansas City is a fast-growing fire safety and compliance company serving some of the best bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and commercial kitchens in the city. We’re offering an elite internship for a motivated, entrepreneurial student / graduate who wants real-world B2B sales experience.
You’ll work directly with the owner and leadership team to hunt new business, learn the art of sales, and close deals with some of Kansas City’s top kitchens. If you’re independent, coachable, and hungry to learn, this is your shot to gain real-world experience while potentially earning $10K–$15K+ in just one summer. Full-time Sales positions are available for high performing interns, following Summer internship.
What You’ll Do :
- Prospect new leads and qualify target businesses (bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and more)
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day, plus send emails and visit customers in person
- Build and manage your own pipeline in GoHighLevel
- Close new accounts and earn 10% commission on every sale
- Represent HOODZ in the field with confidence, professionalism, and know-how
- Work from our HQ, your home, and out in the field — this is a hybrid role with high autonomy
- Receive direct coaching from leaders with a proven track record in sales and entrepreneurship
- Contribute to real revenue and see the direct impact of your work
