Program Manager

Job Description

Are you an operations expert with a passion for private equity or venture capital? Join us in scaling an innovative co-sponsor program that bridges exceptional dealmakers with impactful investments. As our Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in operationalizing and growing the program, ensuring seamless deal execution and partner satisfaction. This is a part-time, results-driven role with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership position with equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the co-sponsor deal pipeline from sourcing to execution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between partners, investors, and internal teams.
  • Track and report key program metrics, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to scale the co-sponsor program.

Requirements

  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or a similar investment-focused field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with a part-time role initially.
