JavaScript Developer – Chrome Extensions & Outlook Add-ins

Location: Remote (available to work PST hours)
Compensation: Target pay for this role is W-2 $65-75/hr with some flex depending on experience along with great benefits
Engagement Type: W-2 contract to hire (conversion between 6-8 months)
Target Start Date: March 2, 2026

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a role for an experienced JavaScript Developer who wants to help scale a cloud-based SaaS platform. This position will be focused on building lightweight, high-impact user experiences through browser extensions and productivity add-ins. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain Google Chrome extensions and Microsoft Outlook add-ins, helping users work more efficiently inside the tools they rely on every day.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Ideal Must Haves:
• 5+ years of professional development experience including Agile environments, including non-enterprise sized settings
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience building Google Chrome Extensions
• Experience developing Microsoft Outlook Add-ins using Office.js
• Understanding of browser APIs, extension architecture, permissions, and security models
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3

Strong Nice to Haves:
• Experience with React, Vue, or similar frameworks for extension UIs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph APIs
• Experience publishing and maintaining browser extensions in production
• Understanding of OAuth, SSO, and authentication flows
• Exposure to TypeScript
• SaaS or productivity-tool background
