Job Summary :
The IT Technology Vendor Manager partners with IT and business leadership to manage and optimize technology vendors. This role ensures vendor performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with enterprise technology, capital, and operating plans.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end technology vendor relationships, including onboarding, governance, performance, and compliance.
- Partner with IT, Architecture, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal to align vendor capabilities with business objectives.
- Track vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop executive-level reporting, financial forecasts (CapEx / OpEx), and cost optimization strategies.
- Lead supplier reviews, negotiations, and contract compliance to maximize value and savings.
- Identify risks, innovation opportunities, and emerging technologies within the vendor portfolio.
- Support multi-year technology investment planning and Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
