Requirements to Thrive in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree and / or relevant leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
  • Familiarity with state regulations and program requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance and submission of compliance reports to relevant regulatory bodies
  • Maintain necessary accreditation and readiness for surveys
  • Provide leadership for growth by implementing strategic plans in partnership with the Business Development team
  • Manage financial performance and operational costs at the program site
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process
  • Organize and administer hospice resources to deliver high-quality care to patients and families
  • Oversee daily hospice operations ensuring coordinated care plans
  • Prioritize patient comfort and dignity throughout the care process
  • Align care offered with patients' and families' needs and goals
