Key Exciting Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Planning : Develop sophisticated financial plans, forecasts, and recommendations that directly support executive business decisions and long-range strategic goals.

Master Financial Operations : Manage general ledger activities, prepare consolidated financial statements, and lead month-end close processes for high-growth business units.

Innovate with Analytics : Act as a champion for innovation by utilizing predictive analytics and AI / ML concepts to automate financial processes, detect anomalies, and generate actionable visualizations.

Support Business Growth : Partner with leadership to monitor acquisitions, assess financial impacts on performance, and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance across the organization.

Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Economics.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex financial modeling.

Minimum of one related internship or up to three years of relevant professional experience.

Familiarity with data management tools like Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.

Bonus Points For

Experience with enterprise-grade software like Oracle Financials, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.

Proficiency in SQL and the ability to apply AI / ML to financial forecasting and variance analysis.

Demonstrated leadership experience through university involvement or project management.
