Job Description
Technical Enablement focuses on the success of the global technical selling organization by defining technical sales strategies, providing competency programs, developing technical messaging and material, and implementing modern technical enablement processes.
As a Technical Enablement Program Manager, you will support the development and delivery of global technical sales enablement programs for our pre-sales Rockwell Domain Experts (solution, industry, industrial automation, and technology consultants, as well as business lead roles) and Partners (Distributors, System Integrators, OEMs, EPCs). You will have a focus on leading programs that enable our technical selling ecosystem ensuring global consistency in value messaging while reducing duplication of effort across domain expert teams.
You will report to the Technical Enablement Manager in the Global Portfolio Engineering organization and will work in a hybrid setting from any one of our Rockwell Automation office locations.
Your Responsibilities :
- Define, Design, Project Manage and Deliver.
- Lead the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of technical enablement content for technical pre-sales teams.
Workshop with technical sales experts and product management to understand market differentiators, technical pre-sales knowledge gaps, and understand critical interfaces between products that amplify value for our customers.
