Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Sell personal lines, commercial, and / or life insurance products as applicable
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and agency standards
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to support client needs
Requirement
Active insurance license preferred (Property & Casualty, Life & Health), or willingness to obtain one
Strong self-motivation with a results-driven mindset
