Program Manager
This is a high impact role that will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Engineering, Operations, and Product Management. The successful candidate will be a skilled Program Manager with accountability for overseeing and driving technical programs across OCI and Oracle; this is a highly visible role that requires technical depth, strong program management and communication skills.
Responsibilities include :
- Develop a program framework
- Take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable milestones and deliver against tight deadlines
- Gather complex, sometimes unstructured, data inputs from multiple sources (both internally and externally) and identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
- Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced and understood
