Overview
This position is specific to and located at Disneyworld, Downtown Disney and Disney Resort, Park and Hotels in Anaheim, CA.
Position Requirements :
- Have working knowledge to perform regular type of MAC phone requests and phone repairs on Cisco Call Manager, Avaya / Nortel CSE1000 PBX systems, and Avaya Messaging.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule for supporting the customer Monday thru Saturday 8AM-5PM shift and could be moved to a 5-day shift within these days.
- Supply common telecommunications tools.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
