Assisting the overall event sales lifecycle of catering events at the location. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering sales - able to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed in a timely fashion.
• Assisting creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system
• Inspecting event setups to ensure they match the banquet event order
• Works with manager to delivery events according to BEOs
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
