We're looking to grow our Shared Services Team at NLS!

Are you passionate about designing innovative cloud solutions and shaping scalable, secure architectures? As a DevOps Architect , you’ll be a key technical leader driving our cloud transformation efforts across the organization. If you love solving complex problems, collaborating with smart and supportive teams, and staying hands-on with cutting-edge cloud technologies (especially Azure!), this role is calling your name.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and configure cloud infrastructures to support migrations and modernization initiatives
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop integration strategies across systems
• Work with infrastructure teams to map software solutions to effective hardware implementations
• Ensure all solutions meet corporate and regulatory security requirements in partnership with IT Security
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to leadership, including evaluating alternatives, assessing risk, and planning resources
• Support tool and metrics development, process improvement, data interpretation, and performance analysis
• Monitor system performance and maintain solution integrity
• Lead proofs-of-concept to evaluate new technologies and approaches
• Assess legacy and current applications and recommend enhancements for performance, design, and quality
• Mentor architects and engineers at varying levels of experience
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
• Collaborate with architects to define and document design patterns and best practices
• Work with engineering teams to implement consistent patterns and best practices
• Architect and build cloud-optimized customer applications
• Act as a technical specialist partnering with business, development, and infrastructure teams
• Provide guidance on Cloud and DevOps best practices
• Implement DevOps practices such as IaC, CI, and automated deployments
