Job Description : The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency. This role builds and maintains recruitment dashboards and reports, analyzes hiring trends and risks, and translates complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations. The position partners with recruitment and workforce leaders to identify process inefficiencies, improve cycle times, measure return on investment for recruitment initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the talent acquisition function.
