Summary
The Manager, Business Planning & Analysis role will act as a trusted partner in providing financial and analytical support to the head of the corporate planning and analysis team by creating complex financial models that will be used to forecast sales, revenues, COGS, and CAPEX, which will influence key decision-making. Responsible for the annual operating plan, long-range plan, financial analysis, and establishing governance and discipline around the financial health of the company.
Responsibilities
- Annual Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis [45%] Lead corporate consolidation analysis and reporting, including annual & long-range financial planning / budgeting process Develop and maintain sales forecast models Conduct analysis and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year performance Identify and understand business challenges; follow up recovery plan with Ops, propose and create solutions Maintain SAP system reports and develop new reports as required. Work with Financial Analysis Preparing internal reports for executive leadership teams to support decision-making
- Risk Control & Performance Management - Finished Vehicles [35%] Oversee the preparation and co-ordination of risk and control assessment for new business proposal Manage monthly P&L of new projects and improves financial status by analyzing results Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made Develop and maintain effective relationships w / business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization Advise on opportunities and risks impacting business performance, provide insights which enable better strategic and operational decision-making, and put in place processes and analyses which help drive accountability
- Operational Support [20%] Oversee coordination of special projects and price quotes other teams and presents insight to management for decision making and strategic planning Provide guidance, support, and training to employees under planning & analysis role Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Compensation Range
101,000- $113,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
