Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial real estate construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the construction of various facilities from entitlement through final delivery

Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers

Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews

Required Qualifications

5+ years of construction management experience

Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
