A company is looking for a Field Services Coordinator to manage various operational tasks related to field services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily service operations, ensuring tasks are scheduled, completed, and invoiced
Create and issue Purchase Orders to third-party contractors and direct administrative personnel
Resolve customer service issues and manage the Load Bank rental fleet inventory and scheduling
Required Qualifications
Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
Three to five years of experience in a technical customer service role
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and an ERP system
Prior experience using Salesforce or scheduling software is a plus
Stable career history with proven ability to learn and apply knowledge
